6. Payment method: By Irrevocable and Transferable L/C 100% at sight from top 50 World Prime banks.
7. Validity: 30 days from the date of offer.
PROCEDURES:
1. Seller sends Corporate Offer (SCO)
2. Buyer sends Letter Of Intent with full banking details after accepting the offer Seller issues FCO Buyer signs and seals and return the FCO to seller
3. Seller issues Draft Sales And Purchase Contract to buyer
4. Buyer review the Contract and electronically sign & seal the contract and send it back to seller by email.
5. Buyer shall issue LC within the stipulate time stated in the Sales Contract.
6. Delivery shall commence. |
